Men In the Armed Forces

Eugene Crisman, son of Mrs. Fred Crisman, is now stationed aboard the U. S. S. Cadmus at Norfolk, Va. The Cadmus is a repair ship staying in port and repairing damaged ships.

Enlisting in the Navy Feb. 2, 1948, Crisman received his basic training at the San Diego (Calif) Naval Training Station. He was attached to the light cruiser Spokane until it was decommissioned in January, 1950. While aboard the Spokane, he spent six months in Mediterranean waters.

Crisman's wife and baby daughter live with him in Norfolk, Va.
