Soldier's Body To Be Taken To Post

Remains of Pvt. Ronald Rosenkranz, 25, who died in his sleep here Sunday night, will be taken to Ft. Bliss, his station, River Funeral Home announced Tuesday.

Rosenkranz, formerly a field engineer here with Phillips Petroleum, was visiting in the R. R. Angel home during the weekend. The physician, called Monday after Angel found Rosenkranz dead when he did not answer a call to breakfast, said he apparently died of natural causes. An autopsy was performed but no results were announced immediately.

Rosenkranz was a former resident of Rinelander, [sic] Wis., and came here from Hobbs, N. M. where he had been with Phillips. He entered service in January.
