Barnam, James C. - 2nd Lieut

WACO, Texas, Jan. 17.—One of the Army Air Corps victims of the crash thirty miles southwest of Las Vegas, Nev., Friday night of a Transcontinental & Western Air luxury liner, which claimed twenty-two lives, Second Lieut. James C. Barham of Waco.

Born at Moody, twenty-five miles southeast of Waco, the young officer enlisted four years ago in the Air Corps after graduating from A. & M. College.

Besides his mother, Lieutenant Barham is survived by two sisters, Mrs. B. E. Green and Maxine Barham, junior high school student, both of Waco.
