BALLINGER (Staff)---Services for Clarence L. Armstrong, 72, of Ballinger, a retired plumber, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Allen Davis Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.

He died at 1 p.m Friday in the Ballinger Memorial Hospital after an illness of one week.

Born May 16, 1900, in Ballinger where he was a lifelong resident, he was a World War 1 Marine veteran. He was married to Gladys McAden Dec. 13, 1925 in Ballinger.

Survivors are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Howard Rogers of Odessa; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Duke of El Paso and Mrs. Emma Dee Serratt of Manitou Springs, Colo.; and a grandchild.
