Shot Himself While a Victim of Melancholia

ATLANTIC CITY, July 16.---Constable Jesse L. Clark, aged 60 years, a veteran of the Civil War, killed himself with a shotgun yesterday afternoon, at his home, in Absecon. A wife and seven children survive him.

Melancholia is assigned for the commission of the act.
