OSMUN DICKINSON, a member of the G. A. R. and a resident of Colon, Mich., was found dead in the mud near the mill race at Jackson, Mich., Friday. The appearance of the surroundings lead to the suspicion that he had been murdered. He had recently been discharged from the Soldiers' Home at Grand Rapids.
