Shoub, Lynn Y. - 2nd Lieutenant

SHOUB, LYNN Y. 2nd Lieutenant

Son of Sylvester and Ella Shoub; born January 12, 1891,
Delta, Ohio. Employe of Wabash Railroad, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Saw service on the Mexican Border in 1916. Re-enlisted in
April, 1917, Company E, 151st Infantry. Sent to Camp
Shelby, Miss.; promoted to 2nd Lieutenant. Overseas in
October, 1918. Died of influenza October 25, 1918, Liverpool,
England. Buried in the American Cemetery, in Liverpool.
The American Legion Post No. 47, Fort Wayne, Ind., named
in his honor.
