PRY, LEE EDWARD - Private

Son of William Jethrow and Nancy Linsey Pry; born
November 4, 1886, Lawrence County Mo. Moved to Knox
County, Ind. in 1897. Farmer. Served in U.S. Regular Army
1908-1915. Re-enlisted January 14, 1915, Vincennes, Ind.
Sent to Jefferson Barracks, Mo. Transferred to Camp Dodge,
Iowa; assigned to Company D, 14th Infantry. Performed
recruiting work among Indians. Died of pneumonia October
12, 1918, Camp Dodge. Buried in Fairview Cemetery, Vin
cennes, Ind.
