HINCHMAN, CLARENCE - Private

Son of Alfred W. and Margaret H. Hinchman; born August
31, 1893, in Missouri. Moved to Knox County, Ind. in 1894.
Mechanic. Entered U.S. Marine Corps May 13, 1917, Detroit,
Mich. Trained at Port Royal, S. C; transferred to Quantico,
Va. Overseas April 22, 1918. Wounded October 31, 1918.
Died from wounds November 1, 1918. (No further information
obtainable).
