HUNT, VICTOR ABEL - 1st Lieutenant

Son of Charles and Aletha Abel Hunt; born January 2, 1893,
Blue Rapids, Kans. Graduated from Ottawa University, Kan.,
in 1914; Kansas State University in 1915. Pursued graduate
work in Missouri University, 1915-1916. Instructor, Franklin
College. Entered service October 5, 1917. Sent to Camp
Taylor, Ky. ; assigned to Signal Corps. Transferred to Washing-
ton, D.C. Died of pneumonia December 22, 1918, in Walter
Reed Hospital. Buried in Ottawa, Kan. Survived by widow,
Elva Van Meter Hunt, Y.W.C.A., Tulsa Okla.
