Stephenson, Ezra Gale - Sergeant


Son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Stephenson; born January
11, 1881, Patriot, Ind. Moved to Jefferson County in 1897.
Enlisted in U.S. Regular Army in 1907. Served two years in
the Philippine Islands. Serving on Mexican Border, when
ordered overseas in June 1917, with the 102nd Motor Truck
Company. In active service during campaign of 1918. Died of
pneumonia February 21, 1919. (Place unknown). Survived bv
widow, Hattie Stephenson, Stockton, Cal.
