Son of W. H. and Edna F. Land; born April 10, 1894,
Bryantsburg, Ind., near the Ripley-Jefferson County line.
Farmer. Entered service May 1, 1918, Madison, Ind. Sent to
Camp Taylor, Ky.; assigned to 35th Ambulance Company.
Went overseas in August, 1918. Died November 15, 1918,
(place not known), from wounds received in an accident.
