Heppner, Charles


Son of Casper and Margaret Heppner; born August 11, 1892,
Haymond, Franklin County, Ind. Farmer. Entered service
September, 1917, in Montana. Trained at Camp Lewis, Wash.;
assigned to Headquarters Company, 348th Field Artillery.
Overseas July 13, 1918. Died of pneumonia October 31, 1918,
Clermont Ferrand, France, and buried in American Military
Cemetery at that place.
