Fountain County, Ind. Farmer. Entered service August
15, 1918, Covington, Ind. Sent to Cincinnati University, Ohio,
for vocational training. Assigned to Automobile Mechanical
Training. Died of pneumonia October 23, 1918, First District
School, Cincinnati, Ohio. Buried, Coal Creek, Fountain
County, Ind. Survived by widow, Bernice Gose Allen, King-
man, Ind.
