WORREL, FRANK E. - Sergeant

Son of Emanuel and Charity Worrel; born January 1, 1886,
Madison County, Ind. Moved to Muncie in 1904. Glass
blower. Enlisted in U.S. Regular Army May 11, 1906, Ft.
Wayne, Ind. Sent to Ft. Myers, Va.; assigned to Company E,
13th Cavalry. Promoted to Sergeant. In continuous service
until time of his death. Died June 26, 1918, from injuries
received by horse falling on him at Ft. Riley, Kan. Buried
in Muncie, Ind. Survived by widow, Carrie Worrel, Yakima,
