Companion In Arms to be Tried by Court-Martial

CHARLESTON, S. C., June 3.--Private Henry F. Fry of the One Hundred and Forty-fourth Company, stationed at Fort Moultrie, on Sullivan's Island, was killed by Private J. T. Murray of the same company in a fist fight between the two men on Tuesday night, news of which reached here today.

Murray will be tried by court-martial.
