Robinson, Randall

Randall Robinson, Revolutionary soldier, buried in Newnan, grandfather of Miss Emmie Robinson, Mrs. A. B. Cates, John E. Robinson, was born in Granville County, North Carolina, May 2, 1762; moved to Edgefield county, South Carolina, thence to Putnam county, Georgia, next to Butts and from there to Coweta county in 1827, and continuing here to his death, February 2, 1842. While in South Carolina he served in the Revolution as a member of Col. Waters' Regiment.
